This commit updates the versions of "@types/node", "react-hook-form", and "@tanstack/react-query-next-experimental" packages throughout the application. These updates include minor version changes that improve the stability and compatibility of these libraries within the app.
Several changes were made to improve UI consistency across various components. Styling updates and enhancements were applied to elements including but not limited to, the SiteHeader, SiteNavigationItem, and ModeToggle components. Additionally, a refinement was made to the billing schema to enforce only having one per-seat and one flat line item per plan.
Updated the theme selector to display the currently selected theme more clearly and enhance user-friendliness. Further, the button style is modernized with a class ensuring rounded edges for a sleeker appearance. These changes are applicable to the "ghost" button variant used for mode selection. Finally, the mode selection options utilize the MODES array for a dynamic approach, moving away from a fixed, hard-coded selection.
Added a function in 'mode-toggle.tsx' to set the theme as a cookie and changed the package manager version in 'package.json'. The theme selection by the user is now stored in a cookie for persistence across sessions, and an upgrade was made to the package manager for improved dependencies management.
This commit modifies the size of sun and moon icons in the mode-toggle UI and simplifies the space usage of a flex container in the site header. Furthermore, it updates the path pattern for the directory exclusion rule in tailwind configuration to exclude node_module from all directories.

Implemented a new ModeToggle feature for theme switching in personal account dropdown. The changes also made adjustments to several UI components, such as transforming Dialog to AlertDialog in transfer-ownership-dialog, and introducing invitation-submit-button in team-accounts. Some minor amendments include text changes and styling modifications.
