This commit introduces a check for the existence of 'document' in 'useCsrfToken' hook. This is to protect against errors when using this hook in a non-browser environment where 'document' is not defined.
A new `useCsrfToken` hook has been added for fetching CSRF token from the meta tag. The shared package's exports have been updated to include this new hook. Additionally, extensive documentation on writing server actions and API route handlers, as well as the usage of Captcha token protection and CSRF token, has been added to the README file.
This commit accomplishes a few modifications including the elimination of `use-toast.tsx` due to redundancy. The authentication methods in `personal-accounts-server-actions.ts` were refactored to improve service integration and data handling. Additionally, UI components were updated for better readability and clarity. Cascading deletion was enabled in the `schema.sql` file for 'invited_by' reference.
