giancarlo e159c52d41 Corrected variable name typo and updated library dependencies

An incorrect variable name in account-invitations-table.tsx was fixed, correcting `iRenewingInvite` to `isRenewingInvite`. Additionally, several dependencies across the project were updated, including `zod`, `supabase`, and `stripe`, among others. These updates ensure the project is using the most recent and secure versions of the libraries.

Billing / Stripe - @kit/stripe

This package is responsible for handling all billing related operations using Stripe.

Please add the following environment variables to your .env.local file during development:

STRIPE_SECRET_KEY=
STRIPE_WEBHOOKS_SECRET=
NEXT_PUBLIC_STRIPE_PUBLISHABLE_KEY=

Add the variables to your production environment as well using your CI.
